There appears to be some misunderstanding as to procedures for the Women’s Monthly Medal competition, held on the first Wednesday of each month.

1: This event is played in divisions and players should register on the timesheet in the correct division. This is not a day for playing with your chosen group, unless you are all within the same Handicap Division. This is to ensure smooth running of the event.

2: Please be advised that players who register in the wrong division will be moved to the correct position on the timesheet. It is your responsibility to check your tee time to ensure you are on course at the correct time.

3: THERE IS NO RED TEE STABLEFORD EVENT HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH MONTHLY MEDAL. If you wish to withdraw from the event due to poor play, you may continue the round and record your Stableford score for handicapping purposes. This card MUST BE HANDED TO GOLF SHOP STAFF for manual processing so that it does not interfere with the electronic recording system. However, it is better for your golf to play out the stroke round and try to save your score! Remember to use the new penalty shot allowance in bunkers if you are stuck in a bad position. (Rule 19.3 p119)

4: There is a YELLOW TEES STABLEFORD event held in conjunction with the Monthly Medal event for those who feel they are not able to cope with a Stroke Event.
