Many members have made enquiries about terms of the Golf Cart Agreement including the insurance requirements in clause 4. Each player for whom  affiliation fees are paid to Golf Australia (this is part of your annual subscriptions), is covered under Golf Australia Player’s Personal Liability Insurance Policy. The Policy wording can be found on the Southport Golf Club’s Web Site.

You may wish to obtain your own advice from your insurer or broker but it would appear the coverage, subject to terms and conditions of the policy satisfies the insurance requirements in clause 4.
