90 degree cart rule

The Club reminds all users of motorised carts that the 90 degree rule is in place at all times.
This reduces turf compaction and assists in improving playing conditions for everyone.
Carts must stay on the path until players reach the distance equivalent of the first ball in play. Turn at a right angle and drive straight to the ball. After playing the shot, return directly to the path, or if the ball of the other player is in reasonable proximity, proceed directly to the second ball and after that shot return directly to the path.
A maximum of two motorised buggies are permitted in each group. Single players are to ‘buggy up’ so that there is no more than one buggy per group with a single occupant.
